Impact of Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria Inoculation on the Physiological Response and Productivity Traits of Field-Grown Tomatoes in Hungary

چکیده
Drought-tolerant plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) may promote development under limited water supply conditions, when plant’s demand is not completely satisfied rain-fed conditions or irrigation availability limited. The aim of this study was to examine the effects two inoculation treatments (B2: Alcaligenes sp. 3573, Bacillus BAR16, and PAR11 strains B3: Pseudomonas MUS04, Rhodococcus BAR03, Variovorax BAR04 strains) compare those a control (B0) without artificial on chlorophyll fluorescence, leaf content (SPAD value), canopy temperature, yield processing tomato cultivar H-1015 F1 grown field conditions. young seedlings hybrid variety were immersed in 1% B2 B3 products (BAY-BIO, Szeged Hungary) for 5 min. Inoculated untreated three [regular (RI), deficit (DI), no (I0)], reveal effect PGPR different levels stress. In dry year (2018), higher temperature fluorescence (Fv/Fm) measured during flowering plants treated with bacteria than plants. stage fruit setting, treatment led significant decrease Fv/Fm value, remained high, SPAD value statistically same all treatments. Under supply, most cases, significantly greater total but more unripe green berries compared moderate shortage (dry + irrigation), resulted 26% ripe, marketable 49% less treatment. On other hand, wet (2020), bacterial generally did affect physiological properties, though produced while amount diseased fruits differ statistically, irrigation. Based our study, we recommend application product as it positively affected key processes, leading particularly shortage.

Plant Growth-promoting Rhizobacteria: Potential Green Alternative for Plant Productivity
Use of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) for the benefits of agriculture is gaining worldwide importance and acceptance and appears to be the trend for the future. PGPR are bioresources which may be viewed as a novel and potential tool for providing substantial benefits to the agriculture. These beneficial, free-living bacteria enhance emergence, colonize roots, stimulate growth and e...

the effect of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria on growth and physiological characteristics of corylus avellana seedlings
the effects of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (pgpr) on growth and physiological characteristics of seedlings corylus avellana were determined in a forest nursery. for this purpose, in a completely randomized design (crd) and four replicates, three putative bacteria, including pseudomonas putida, bacillus subtilis and enterobacter cloacae, as alone and mixed, were examined. the greatest h...
متن کاملResponse of legumes to co-inoculation with nodule bacteria and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) of the genus Pseudomonas have been reported to increase the yield of nonleguminous plants. Inoculation with Pseudomonas has been found by some authors to improve nodulation of legumes. This work examined the response of various legumes to a combined inoculation with Pseudomonas and nodule bacteria in pot experiments under field conditions in gray fore...
